Goal
Work that repeats every week should stop needing a person.
Adapton builds the systems that do your repetitive work. AI agents, automated workflows, integrations and custom software designed around how you already operate.
AI assistant
Three or four of the jobs that happen before the real work starts, running on a schedule. Nothing sends without a person clicking send.

Clinic front desk
A missed call gets a text back in under ten seconds. After hours, the receptionist answers, qualifies and books.

Orchestration
Six workflows built once. Per-client work is one config node, which is what makes a build fifteen hours instead of a month.

Lead follow-up
Seven touches over two weeks, stopping the moment they reply. Consent recorded on every row before anything sends.

E-commerce
Six stages, 257 tests, and it ran unattended from July 2026. The dashboard is generated from the same code as the report.

Orders, inventory, suppliers, spreadsheets. Move the data once, correctly, on a schedule — with the edge cases written down rather than discovered later.

We sit with the person actually doing the work and write down every step, including the ones nobody documented. You keep this whether or not you hire us.
One workflow first, scoped small enough to finish. You see it running against your real data before there is any discussion of a second.
It runs alongside the manual process until the two agree. Where they disagree, we find out why before switching anything off.
We watch it, fix it when a system it depends on changes, and hand over documentation you could give to someone else.
Nobody yet, as a paying client. Every system on this page is one we built and run for our own businesses. We would rather say that than invent a logo wall — and it is the reason our first engagements are scoped small and priced accordingly. What you can check is the work itself: the architecture, the tests, the failure cases, and the fact that it ran unattended from July 2026 without us babysitting it.
Not unless a task genuinely requires it, and we will tell you which task and why before we build it. Our own reporting system does not read customer names, addresses or contact details at all — those columns are never fetched, because the report does not need them. Data minimisation is a build decision, not a policy paragraph.
It will. An API changes, a login expires, a supplier rearranges a page. The question is whether it fails loudly or quietly — a pipeline that silently produces wrong numbers is far worse than one that stops. We build the loud kind, log every run, and make repeated runs safe to re-execute.
Exactly what it says. Both are built and both are tested. Neither has run for a paying client, so neither is described as running, and we will not show you a demo of an install that does not exist. If you buy one, the build fee is due at signature and the monthly does not start until it goes live — and you would be the first, which is worth knowing before you decide rather than after.
No. The work we remove is the work nobody wanted — the copy-paste, the morning report, the reconciliation. If a role is genuinely just that work, you will already know, and that is your decision and not ours to prompt.
Every price is on this page, above. We publish them because a figure you have to request is a figure that moves depending on who is asking. If your situation falls outside a listed scope it is a separate quote, and we will say so rather than stretching the package to fit.
