Any small business, US or UK

Somebody there does this
every week, by hand.

A ladder you can stop anywhere on. It starts with two hundred dollars and an honest recommendation, which may be that automating it is not worth it.

From $200 audit → build → operate

What it is

We take one job that a person repeats on a schedule — a report, a hand-off between two systems, a figure somebody retypes every Monday — and write it down as a system that runs without them. You can stop after the audit, after one report, or after the pipeline. Each rung is finished and paid for on its own, and whatever you stop at is yours outright.

Three hours a week at thirty dollars an hour loaded is about $4,700 a year. That is the obvious half, and it is your arithmetic to check rather than ours to claim. The half that should worry you more: a number built by hand fails quietly. It still reads like a number when it is wrong, so nobody checks it, and the month it matters is the month nobody noticed.

The system

Each one is priced on its own, and each one is finished before the next is quoted.

  1. 01

    The audit $200

We sit with whoever actually does the work and write down every step, including the ones nobody documented. You get the map and an honest recommendation — sometimes that this is not worth automating. Credited in full against a build within 30 days.

  2. 02

    One report, running $600 + $250/mo

One recurring report, built and tested, arriving where you already read messages. Duplicate-guarded, so a catch-up run never sends twice, and it catches up rather than skipping a missed period.

  3. 03

    A pipeline between two systems $1,250 + $300/mo

Data moves once, correctly, on a schedule. Edge cases written down rather than discovered three months later, and an error branch on every external call.

  4. 04

One page that says what is true $400

A dashboard generated from the same code as the report, so the two cannot disagree. An add-on to either build above, never sold on its own.

Delivery

3 days

The audit

One call, forty minutes, with the person who does the work. You keep the map whether or not you go further.

7–10 days

The build

Written, tested against your real data, and broken on purpose before it runs unattended.

Then

It runs

On a schedule, with error alerts pointed at us rather than at you, and a handover call.

We do not go live on an untested path. However tight the date, every path is tested end to end before anything reaches you.

Pricing

Whatever you stop at, you own outright.

  • The audit$200
  • One report, running$600 + $250/mo
  • A pipeline between two systems$1,250 + $300/mo
  • One page that says what is true$400

Build fee due at signature; work starts when payment clears. The monthly covers hosting, monitoring, error alerts, usage costs, and up to two hours of changes a month. Minimum three months.

Included

  • The build, tested end to end on your real data
  • A duplicate guard and a catch-up run, on everything scheduled
  • Error branches on every external call, alerting us rather than you
  • Every account opened in your name — it keeps running without us
  • A handover call and a one-page how-it-works

Not included

  • Rebuilding how you record the underlying data — we read what you already keep
  • Replacing your CRM, store or accounting system — we integrate, we do not replace
  • Paid ads, SEO, social media, web design
  • Historical analytics or forecasting — a dashboard says what is true now
  • Any guarantee of hours or dollars saved

We guarantee the system runs on schedule, fails loudly rather than silently, and produces a number traceable to its source. Never a savings figure.

If what you need falls outside a listed scope it is a separate quote, not a stretched package. Send the details to info@adapton.io.

Questions

Can we not just use Zapier?

For two steps, yes, and you should. This is for the ones that need error handling, catch-up after a missed run, and a duplicate guard — the parts that matter when it fails at 3am and nobody is watching.

What happens when it breaks?

It will. An API changes, a login expires, a supplier rearranges a page. It alerts us, not you — that is what the monthly is for. Every change is dated and reversible, and the history comes with the handover.

Who owns it?

You do. Every account is opened in your name and paid by you, and the source is yours. If you stop working with us it keeps running.

Can we start small?

That is the audit. Two hundred dollars, one call, you keep the map, and it comes off the build if you go ahead.

Next step

We ask three questions and do the arithmetic with your real numbers. If it is not worth building we will say so on the call.
