Lead follow-up · enquiries that already arrived
The leads already arrived.
Nobody owns what happens next.
Most businesses do not have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem — enquiries sitting in a phone, an inbox and a notebook, worked when somebody remembers.
Built and run on our own operation first, the way every system here is.
Every figure here is a build fact — counted, not claimed. No outcome numbers appear on this site until a client’s system produces one.

The follow-up that was always supposed to happen.
A lead that arrives on Saturday and gets a reply on Tuesday has already been answered by someone else. The gap is not laziness — it is that follow-up is the one job with no deadline attached, so it loses to every job that has one, every single week.
So every enquiry enters a sequence: seven touches over two weeks, email first, each one written for the stage it is at. The sequence stops the moment they reply — not at the end of the week, not after the next scheduled send. A person who answered should never receive touch four, and a system that lets that happen has done more damage than the follow-up was worth.
How it works
Six stages, and one of them is a gate.
The gate is third rather than last, because a consent check that runs after the send is a record, not a control.
-
01
The enquiry yours, not bought
It works the enquiries your own advertising already produces. We do not buy lists, resell contacts, or import a database you have no relationship with — anyone who wants leads bought for them is a prospect we decline.
-
02
Deduplicate against everything
Checked against everything already contacted, so the same person is never entered twice by two different routes. A duplicate in a sequence reads as carelessness at exactly the moment you are asking to be trusted.
-
03
The consent gate no basis, no message
Every row carries a recorded lawful basis, and the sequence checks it before a message moves. Not a legal footnote: statutory damages for unsolicited messaging run into hundreds of dollars per message, which turns a careless import into a business-ending number faster than anyone expects.
-
04
Seven touches email first
Fourteen days, email first, each touch written for the stage it is at rather than the same nudge seven times. It runs on the weekend, on the day you are ill, and on the day you forget it exists.
-
05
A reply stops everything
The sequence halts immediately, and the reply itself is what promotes the lead to SMS-eligible — timestamped at the moment it happened, so the record of why a text was allowed is the reply that allowed it.
-
06
Handoff to a person
A qualified lead reaches a human with the whole thread attached, so the conversation continues rather than restarting. The system never pretends to close anything.
The suppression list
Shared and permanent. A STOP anywhere is a STOP everywhere, forever — not for this sequence, not for ninety days. The cost of honouring that is one lead; the cost of not honouring it is the kind of number that closes a business.
What you get
What it runs on, and what stays yours.
A sheet you own
Not a system you rent
The records live somewhere the client already has access to. Nothing about this requires logging into something only we can see.
On a schedule
Including the weekend
A scheduler rather than long waits, so a restart cannot drop everyone mid-sequence. Saturday’s enquiry gets Saturday’s first touch.
Consent, recorded
Before it is needed
The lawful basis is written on the row when the row is created. Reconstructing consent afterwards is not a thing that can be done honestly.
The leads are yours, the sheet is yours, the sequence text is yours. There is nothing here to be held hostage by.

The limits
What it does not do.
Most of these are refusals rather than gaps, and each one is said on the call rather than discovered later.
- It does not buy, sell or resell leads. It works the enquiries you already get.
- It does not import a cold database you have no relationship with. No recorded basis, no message.
- It does not replace your CRM. It makes the follow-up that was always supposed to happen actually happen.
- It does not judge a lead for you, and it does not claim a reply rate. Nobody can promise you how many will answer.
- It does not start with SMS. Email first, and a text only after a reply has earned it.

Fifteen minutes. We ask three questions and do the arithmetic with your real numbers. If it is not worth automating we will say so on the call.
